What Vutesa knows before it writes
A good draft needs facts. Vutesa starts with what your profile already holds, so you rarely begin from a blank box.

Source materials: real detail in, real detail out
If you already have a website, an article about you, a resume or a brochure, add it. Vutesa reads it and prefers its concrete detail over generic phrasing, and it must not contradict it.

The writing rules
The rules are fixed so that drafts stay professional and honest.
- Two short paragraphs, roughly 80 to 130 words
- Third person, using your first name after the first mention
- Concrete and specific to the facts given
- Never invents employers, awards, numbers or credentials
- No headings, bullet lists, quotes or preamble
Rewrite, refine and undo
Treat the first draft as a starting point. The quick actions change tone and length without you writing a prompt, and the notes field handles anything more specific.

You decide what is public
The Show About switch hides the whole module from visitors while you work. The editor saves as you go, so an AI rewrite is saved too. Review it, adjust it and use Undo AI change if you prefer what was there before.
Company control
Owners can rename About for every member, for example to About Me, or hide it entirely from Bio / Profile settings. Each member keeps their own text. Rename and hide are the only company controls for About.
Part of the front door, and every visit feeds the CRM
A clear About section answers the first question a visitor has, so they keep scrolling to the next step. The Bio / Profile Page is the front door to your business: a visitor who books a meeting, sends the contact form or follows a tracked link ends up as a lead or contact in your CRM, ready for follow-up by email, SMS or Vutesa.

Open About
Select the About card on your Bio / Profile Page. The editor shows your text, your education and the Vutesa AI content assistant.
Give Vutesa material
Your name, role, company, market and skills are used automatically. Add optional notes about tone or focus, and attach links or files as source materials.
Write or rewrite
Choose Write with Vutesa AI. When text already exists the button reads Rewrite with Vutesa AI and works from what you have.
Edit and keep it
Use a quick action, edit the text by hand, or press Undo AI change. Changes save automatically.
What's included
Drafts from real profile facts
Name, role, company, market, up to 15 of your skills and your education go into every draft.

Add a link to an article, website or document, or upload a PDF, image, text, CSV or Markdown file up to 15 MB. Vutesa uses up to six sources per draft.
Review sources first
Extracted text can be previewed, edited and reordered before you generate. After a draft, the sources it used are listed.

Improve writing, Make shorter, More professional, More friendly and Highlight skills each rewrite the current text with one click.
Optional notes
Tell Vutesa what to mention, such as tone, focus or years of experience, before it writes.
Undo AI change
After a rewrite, one click restores the text you had before it.
Education field
School, degree or certification appears under your About text on the page.
Show or hide
One switch controls whether About appears on your public page. The editor shows Visible to public or Hidden.

Does Vutesa publish the draft by itself?
The draft replaces the text in the box and the editor saves automatically, so read it straight away. Undo AI change restores the previous text. If you do not want anything public while you work, switch Show About off.
How long is the draft?
Two short paragraphs, about 80 to 130 words, written in the third person and using your first name after the first mention.
Can Vutesa read my LinkedIn or Instagram profile?
No. Social media links cannot be read, and some sites need a login. Link to a public article or page about you instead, or upload a PDF.
Do I have to use AI?
No. You can type your own About text in the box and never touch the assistant.
Can my company change the About module for everyone?
A company owner can rename About or hide it for every member. Members still write their own text. About has no name lock and no member entries to manage.
