A Menu You Build, in the Order You Want
Visitors move around your page through a menu. Keep the standard company pages, add your own pages and links, and show or hide each one.
Add your own pages and links
Under the menu list, choose one of three types, type a title and press Add. Names are checked for reserved words and for duplicates.
- Create Page: a new page you build and edit yourself
- External Link: another website, https only, always a new window
- Internal Link: one of your own modules or pages
Where an internal link can point
Internal links use the same destinations as the Links module, so the menu and your Links list always agree.
- Your Bio / Profile page, Schedule a Meeting and Contact Me
- Links, About, Skills, Recent Work, Reviews and Videos
- Products and Services
- Any custom page you have built
Order and visibility
Drag by mouse, touch or keyboard to reorder. Each item has a show-in-menu switch, and hidden pages never appear to visitors. The live preview at the top updates as you work, so you can see exactly what a visitor will get.
Company control
From Bio / Profile settings an owner can edit the standard menus, lock individual pages, and switch on Override Member Menu Sorting to lock the order for everyone. Custom menus created by members stay sortable. Owners can also push saved header and menu content to member pages with Update Public Bio Pages, for all pages or only the ones they pick.
- Adding extra menus needs the paid company plan
- Reset to default menu restores the standard menus
- Member names, photos, contact details and member-created pages are never overwritten
Plan notes
The standard menus come with the Bio / Profile Page. On the member pricing table, the Custom Menu Module, which lets a member add their own pages and links, is on the higher paid plans and not on Free or Starter. Adding menus for a whole company needs the paid company plan.
Part of the front door, and every visit feeds the CRM
A Services page, a Resources page or a Join Now page keeps visitors inside your page, where every booking and form is captured. The Bio / Profile Page is the front door to your business: a visitor who books a meeting, sends the contact form or follows a tracked link ends up as a lead or contact in your CRM, ready for follow-up by email, SMS or Vutesa.

How Upward is different
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an internal and an external link?
An internal link goes to one of your own modules or pages on the same site. An external link goes to another website, needs an https address and always opens in a new window.
Can members change the order if the company sets it?
A company can lock the order of its menus for every member. Custom menus and pages the members create stay sortable.
Do pages show on a phone?
Yes. On narrow screens the page links are in the profile menu. On wider screens they sit in a tab bar. The Card / Tile layout shows them as app-style tiles.
What does 'Update Public Bio Pages' do?
It lets a company owner push the saved header and the menu and page content to member pages, for all pages or specific ones. Names, photos, contact details and member-created pages are always preserved.
