Put Your Team's Public Events on Your Page With One Switch
Team Calendar is optional. Turn it on and visitors see the next public events, with a Register button where registration is open.
One switch, optional by design
Team Calendar is the only module that starts off. A member can switch it on for their own page, and a team lead or the company owner can enforce it on for everyone they lead. When it is enforced, the switch shows Enforced by Team Lead with the lead's name. A lead can also hide it on a specific member's page.
Which events appear
The page shows what is public. Nothing private leaks onto it.
- Events marked public and approved
- Upcoming events, with repeating events shown at their next date
- Up to three events at a time, featured event first
- Location is shown for in-person events
- Company listing events appear only if your company allows them on member pages
The calendars behind it
Your page can draw from the three calendars in Team Calendar. Team Calendar covers member-created activity such as trainings and local meetups. Company Events is a curated list of the company's own events, and Industry Events a curated list of outside events. Owners and team leads curate the last two unless the plan allows others.
Registration
Where an event needs registration, the card shows a Register button that opens the event page. The visitor enters a name and email, and optionally a phone number. A repeat registration for the same email and date is blocked, and a full event stops taking registrations.
- The visitor gets a confirmation email with a calendar file
- A digital pass is available on plans that include it
- The host is notified, following their own notification settings
Registrations, bookings and your CRM
Event registrations are stored with the event, so the host sees who signed up. An event linked to a booking page shows Book a time, and bookings made on that page create leads in your CRM like any other meeting.
Plan limits
A plan decides what a member can create and show. Viewing every calendar, registering and reminders are always included, and existing events and registrations are never removed on a downgrade.
- Public events on your page: Free 1, Starter 5, Deluxe 25, Pro unlimited
- Registrations per event: Free 25, Starter 100, Deluxe 500, Pro unlimited
- Digital pass: Starter and above
- Events you create each month: Free 2, Starter 10, Deluxe 50, Pro unlimited
Part of the front door, and every visit feeds the CRM
An upcoming event on your page gives visitors a reason to act today, and a booking from it lands in your CRM. The Bio / Profile Page is the front door to your business: a visitor who books a meeting, sends the contact form or follows a tracked link ends up as a lead or contact in your CRM, ready for follow-up by email, SMS or Vutesa.
